Nicholas Mather
  • Nicholas Mather has been involved in the junior resource sector at all levels for 30 years.
  • Mr Mather is Managing Director and co-founder of DGR Global Limited (ASX).
  • Mr Mather was co-founder and served as an Executive Director of Arrow Energy NL until 2004. Arrow Energy was acquired in 2010 by Shell and PetroChina, for a value of approximately $3.5 billion.
  • Mr Mather was also founder and Chairman of Waratah Coal Inc. until December 2008.
  • Mr Mather was a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Limited until its recent takeover by Arrow Energy Pty Ltd in January 2012 for approximately $550 million.

Roger Cressey
  • Mr Cressey joined Armour in November 2011 as General Manager - Infrastructure and Project Development, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2014, and in September 2016 has also taken on the role of the Acting CEO. Mr Cressey has over 30 years experience in engineering construction and project management, including over 20 years within the oil and gas industry, having held senior project management positions with OSD Pipelines,Tranfield Services and Caltex Refineries.Mr Cressey has worked on major projects for many companies including Chevron, Santos, Caltex, Origin and others; across Australia, in PNG and Indonesia.
  • Since joining Armour, Mr Cressey has overseen and coordinated Armour's field activities across remote northern Australia, liasing with government authorities, and has managed Armour Energy's negotiations with Traditional Landowners regarding Native Title Agreements across Armour Energy's tenements.
  • Over the course of the last 12 months, Roger has been instrumental in Amour's ongoing process of acquiring title to, and evaluating and planning for the operational aspects of, the Kincora Project on the Roma Shelf, Armour has recently shipped its first load of oil produced from the Emu Apple Oilfield within the Kincora Project, and has been working hard on a multi-phase plan to restart gas and condensate production at Kincora following a recent four-fold increase in the contingent gas resources within certain fields in the project area.

  • Mr Bizzell is the Chairman of boutique corporate advisory and funds management group Bizzell Capital Partners Pty Ltd, Executive Director of Dart Energy Ltd (ASX) and a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Hot Rock Ltd, Stanmore Coal Ltd, Diversa Ltd and Titan Energy Services Ltd. He is Chairman of Renaissance Uranium Ltd and Renison Consolidated Mines NL.
  • Mr Bizzell was previously an Executive Director of Arrow Energy Ltd until its recent acquisition by Shell and PetroChina.
  • He qualified as a Chartered Accountant, has considerable experience and success in the fields of corporate restructuring, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions and has over 15 years’ corporate finance and public company management experience.
  • Mr Bizzell was a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Limited until its recent takeover by Arrow Energy Ltd in January 2012 for approximately $550 million.

William Stubbs
  • William (Bill) Stubbs is a lawyer of 35 years experience, having practiced extensively in the area of commercial law including stock exchange listings and all areas of mining law.
  • He is the Chairman of Directors of DGR Global Limited (ASX) and a Non-Executive Director of Coalbank Ltd (ASX).

Roland Sleeman
  • Roland Sleeman has 34 years experience in oil and gas as well as utilities and infrastructure.
  • Mr Sleeman has served in senior management roles, including with Eastern Star Gas Limited as Chief Commercial Officer and AGL as General Manager of the Goldfields Gas Pipeline.
